I'm Worthy AF

It has taken me 39 years to realize that:
- my salary or job title does not define my worth
- my weight does not define my worth
- the ability to people please does not define my worth
- other people's perceptions of me do not define my worth
- everyone's approval does not define my worth

I am worthy of everything I want all on my own. I don't have to do shit to prove shit to anyone except myself. I always need a reminder and this helps.
